Maan farms in abbotsford, bc

This year we discovered the coolest pumpkin patch my family has ever been to! Just across the Sumas, WA border in Abbotsford, BC is the hidden gem, Maan Farms. It is a massive property full of fun things to do for families. We could have spent the whole entire day there if my little ones didn't need naps. Kids 2 and under are free, and 3 and up is $23 Canadian - so $16.55 per ticket USD. We all felt the ticket price was WELL worth it.

We started out by heading over to the kids play area. There are two massive "jumping pillows" for kids and adults to bounce on. Sort of like a trampoline but shaped like a pillow. There is also pedal go-carts, pony rides, paintball, a zipline, bubble hut, pigs, and donkeys in this area!! We took our time playing on all these things. My 3 year old was having the time of his life. My 10 month old crawler looked on in amazement from the stroller.

Next, we headed over to the Forest Pumpkin Patch- the aesthetic pumpkin patch of my dreams!! This area is full of beautiful, unique colored pumpkins arranged in a very aesthetic way. There are many photo opps here and spooky things for kids to look at. There was also a small concession stand in this area selling wine, treats, and snacks. My little ones had a great time here and didn't mind me snapping a few photos as they looked on in wonder at all the spooky sights. This would be such a great spot for family photos!

Next, we tested our skills at paintball. My 3 year old played with his dad and managed to shoot the target many times. They even gave us a free round after my toddler begged to go again once he ran out of balls! After that, we were ready for some food. We headed over to the dining area where we saw a plethora of treats including buttered chicken poutine fries, chickpea curry, deep fried doughnuts, and double pumpkin spice cream. I got the chickpea curry and it was so delicious!

At this point it was starting to rain but the kids had a little bit more energy to burn. We headed over to yet another play area located behind the gift shop. This area had two massive slides that my toddler went down over and over, even when it really began to pour rain. There were also a bunch of super cute goats in this area! There was one more section we didn't get to go to, which is their newly added marigold field. I saw it from afar and it was a field full of beautiful orange flowers. I was itching to take some photographs but unfortunately it was just raining too hard and it was time to go. We will definitely be back to this place next year!
